Privacy & Security at SwedesLight

When you submit a contact or booking form we collect the name, email, phone number, event type, event date, and any project details you choose to share. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and plan your session.

When we deliver photos, we host them in a private client gallery accessed via a link we send directly to you.

Inquiries are stored in our backend database and emailed to the studio inbox at swedeslight@gmail.com. Access to inquiry records in the database is restricted to studio administrators through role-based access controls; row-level security policies prevent other signed-in users from reading them.

The studio admin area is protected by email/password and Google sign-in. Administrator privileges are granted server-side through a dedicated roles table — never inferred from the client — so a signed-in visitor cannot elevate themselves to admin.

Finished photo galleries are delivered through Pixieset, our gallery provider. Galleries are private by default and shared with you via a direct link. You can request that a gallery be password-protected, taken down, or archived at any time.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our booking history. If you would like your inquiry, contact details, or associated images removed, email us and we will action the request.

We use a small number of first-party cookies needed for authentication and session handling. We do not sell your personal information.
